Appliance Repair Technician
Diagnose and repair major household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves) in customer homes. We train you on our processes and systems.
Requirements
- 1+ year appliance repair experience OR relevant trade school certification
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Nice to Have
- +EPA 608 certification
- +Experience with Samsung, LG, or Whirlpool service manuals
- +Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, or Russian a strong plus)
Lead Technician / Market Manager
Lead a team of technicians in your market. Handle complex diagnostics, train junior techs, and manage the day-to-day operations of your service area.
Requirements
- 3+ years appliance repair experience
- Leadership or team management experience
- Strong diagnostic skills across all appliance types
- Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
- +EPA 608 certification
- +Business operations experience
- +Bilingual
Customer Service Representative
Handle inbound service requests, schedule technician appointments, and follow up with customers post-repair. Remote-friendly after 30-day onboarding.

- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with scheduling software
- Customer service experience
